A bedroom with a double bed, a living kitchen with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, as well as an entrance area with a guest toilet are spread across 50 m² and accommodate 2 to 4 guests.

If something should intervene, these are our cancellation policy:

Sometimes things do turn out differently than planned and that long-awaited holiday goes to pot. So what now? Well first of all: Let us know. We will then try to re-let the apartment during this period so that you will not incur any additional costs other than the deposit. We will unfortunately have to charge 50% of the total price if we are unable to do this. The full rental price will be due in the event of a no-show or an early departure. A free cancellation is possible up to 3 weeks before arrival. The best thing to do is to be on the safe side by taking out travel cancellation insurance, and ideally, to take out travel insurance when booking so you can sit back and relax!
