Merano – the city that has it all
Milan is for shopping. Rome is for history. Florence is for culture. Merano is a mild climate, shops under the arcades, first-class (star) restaurants, night-life in clubs and bars, and relaxing in the thermal baths. And the best thing is: it takes only 20 minutes on foot to reach the centre from the Huberhof in Quarazze.
You can reach the countryside and surrounding area just as quickly. Two of the most popular hiking trails, the Tappeinerweg trail and the Lagundo Waalweg path, are right before our doorstep. The chairlift takes you directly to Tirolo and you can get to all other destinations with well-connected local transport.
